MentoNest Cancellation & Refund Policy

Thank you for using MentoNest. We hope you are satisfied with your experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Cancellation Policy:

  1. Subscription Services:
    • Users who have subscribed to our premium services may cancel their subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, the subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges will be incurred.
    • To cancel a subscription, users can navigate to the account settings or contact our customer support team for assistance.
  2. Individual Course Purchases:
    • Users who have purchased individual courses may cancel their enrollment within 21 days  of the purchase  date for a full refund.
    • After 30 days , course purchases are non-refundable.

Refund Policy:

  1. Subscription Services:
    • Refunds for subscription services will be provided only in exceptional circumstances, such as technical issues preventing access to the service for an extended period or in cases of duplicate charges.
    • Refund requests must be submitted within 45 days of the subscription purchase date.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  2. Individual Course Purchases:
    • Refunds for individual course purchases are subject to the cancellation policy mentioned above.
    • Refunds will be processed within 14 working days of the cancellation request and issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
